Terms and Conditions

Prices and Payment

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate and are correct at the time of entering the relevant information. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice but this will not affect any accepted orders. Delivery charges will be applied during Check Out. Payment must be made by PayPal.

Placing Order and Contract Formation

When you purchase goods from us you should order by adding the item to Your Cart and completing Billing and Shipping details as prompted at PayPal and then complete payment. There will be no binding contract between us until we send you an e-mail confirming your order.

Despatch

You should allow up to 28 days for delivery as photos requested are specifically printed and not on site. Although we do try to turn orders around in under a week, we cannot guarantee this.

Right To Cancel

You have no right to cancel as the products you have ordered are classed as customised goods (specifically printed photos)

Printed Images

IMPORTANT - When you order images from us and select a picture size, please be aware that your image may need cropped. EXAMPLE - If you choose a square image to be printed at 6x4 some of the image will need cropped because 6x4 is not square, it is rectangular. We will do all crops as sympathetically as possible, but please be aware that it is your responsibility to choose correctly.

Usage

All images purchased from David Moses Photographer are for personal, non-commercial use ONLY unless otherwise agreed in writing by the photographer. David Moses Photographer will pursue any and all breaches of this condition.

International Orders

All international (outside mainland UK) orders will be cancelled at present because of technical issues. We are working hard on resolving this issue, please bear with us, we value you very much.
